The Hiring Process

Initial Connection

If your resume application was successful, you will be contacted by a member of the talent acquisition team. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about the company and the role. We will ask some questions about your relevant experience, availability, and job-related preferences.

Interviews

A one-hour phone or video conversation will be scheduled to explore the knowledge, skills, and experience you have that matches up with the requirements of the role. This is your time to shine!

Additional Assessments

Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a case study or other assessments that help us with the selection process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will discuss this with you along the way.

Final Stage

This is the time for you to meet the team or have a follow-up conversation with the Hiring Manager.

Offer and references

If we decide that you are the right fit for the role, the Talent Acquisition team will make you an offer verbally, pending a successful *reference check process. We will ask you to provide two references from your former managers or supervisors.

(*In some cases, a candidate may be asked to provide references before the verbal offer is made if there is a need to confirm a particular type of work experience needed for the position)
